Monroe Salt Rubbed Pork Ribs

Ingredients

  • Pork ribs

  • Monroe Salt rub

  • Your favorite BBQ sauce

Directions

  • Generously apply the Monroe Salt rub to the pork ribs, ensuring all sides are well coated.
  • Place the seasoned ribs in an Instant Pot and set to cook for 30 minutes. This will tenderize the meat.
  • After the ribs are cooked in the Instant Pot, transfer them to a preheated BBQ grill.
  • Grill the ribs for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure they are evenly cooked and get that desirable charred exterior.
  • In the last few minutes of grilling, baste the ribs with your favorite BBQ sauce to add a sticky, sweet, and tangy flavor.
  • Once the ribs are nicely glazed and the sauce has caramelized, remove them from the grill.
  • Let the ribs rest for a couple of minutes before serving to allow the juices to redistribute.
  • Serve hot with extra BBQ sauce on the side and enjoy!
