Pork ribs
Monroe Salt rub
Your favorite BBQ sauce
Directions
- Generously apply the Monroe Salt rub to the pork ribs, ensuring all sides are well coated.
- Place the seasoned ribs in an Instant Pot and set to cook for 30 minutes. This will tenderize the meat.
- After the ribs are cooked in the Instant Pot, transfer them to a preheated BBQ grill.
- Grill the ribs for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure they are evenly cooked and get that desirable charred exterior.
- In the last few minutes of grilling, baste the ribs with your favorite BBQ sauce to add a sticky, sweet, and tangy flavor.
- Once the ribs are nicely glazed and the sauce has caramelized, remove them from the grill.
- Let the ribs rest for a couple of minutes before serving to allow the juices to redistribute.
- Serve hot with extra BBQ sauce on the side and enjoy!
